Description：
It occurs as a white to yellow, fibrous or granular powder, almost odorless and tasteless. It dissolves in water to form a viscous, colloidal solution.

It is insoluble in alcohol and in hydroalcoholic solutions in which the alcohol content is greater than 30% by weight. It is insoluble in chloroform, in ether, and in acids having a pH lower than 3.

Application:
Lithium Alginate is a natural polysaccharide extracted from kelp like brown seaweed. It mainly used as wet state adhesive and elasticizer in the electrode coat.
